Refund Policy
At FilesDeep, operated by OGUSOFT LTD, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.
We understand that buying digital products requires trust. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly upon payment. Once a download link has been issued, the sale is considered complete.
We do not offer refunds based on:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description before buying
- Finding the product elsewhere at a lower price
- Not having the required software to open the file
We strongly encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- No download received — you were charged but never received your download link
- Corrupted file — the file you downloaded is damaged or unusable
- Wrong product — you received a different product than what you ordered
- Technical failure — a verified error on our platform prevented access
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order
All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, contact us at support@filesdeep.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
