How do I receive my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link instantly. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
How many times can I download my purchase?
You can download your purchase as many times as you need. The download link is valid for 30 days after purchase. If it expires, contact us and we'll send a new one.
Can I access my purchases on multiple devices?
Yes — once downloaded, your files are yours to use on any device. We recommend saving them to cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox for easy access.
Products
What formats do your products come in?
Most products come as PDF files. Prompt Packs come as PDF and plain text files. Audio Courses come as MP3 files. The format is always listed on the product page.
Are these products suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely. FilesDeep products are built specifically for people starting from zero. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to learn and take action.
Can I share or resell the products I buy?
No. All products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our products without permission is a violation of our terms of service.
How is FilesDeep different from other courses?

Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and more. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if something went wrong on our end — wrong file, corrupted download, or technical issue — we'll always make it right. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.
Account
Do I need an account to purchase?
No account needed. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you access your order history and re-download your purchases anytime.
