Digital delivery

FilesDeep products are digital resources, such as e-books, audio courses, tools and prompt packs. No physical book or parcel is shipped, and no physical shipping charge applies.

After payment

After successful payment is confirmed, available download links are emailed through Shopify Digital Products to the email address used for your order. Pending payment processing can delay delivery.

Missing email?

Check your spam folder and the email address used. Email your order number to ogusystems@gmail.com if a download is missing or not working. We check the payment and access. You do not need to purchase the product again to report a missing download.

Format and use

Read the product description before buying for contents, language, file formats and any required software or accounts. Ask us for clarification before purchase if anything is unclear.
