OGUSOFT LTD is the controller for FilesDeep personal data processing.
Data and purposes
- Orders and delivery: name, contact and billing information, purchased items, payment status and communications, to perform the purchase, process payments, send download links and provide support.
- Accounts: information used to sign in and manage orders.
- Support: messages and order details to handle questions, complaints and withdrawals.
- Newsletter: email address and subscription choice; you can unsubscribe.
- Website use: technical information such as IP address, browser, session, language and region preferences, cookies and applicable usage data.
Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and consent where required, including for certain cookies and marketing.
Shopify and service providers
Shopify hosts the store, supports accounts and checkout, and processes payments through Shopify Payments and payment partners. Shopify Digital Products supports file delivery. Our email, support and other operational providers process data needed for their tasks. Full card details are entered with the payment processor; we receive transaction information required for the order. See Shopify Privacy.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify uses information about your interactions with our store together with information from other Shopify stores to improve services, personalization and advertising. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for its processing and your choices and rights.
Cookies, retention and transfers
Necessary cookies support the cart, security and preferences. We obtain consent for non-essential cookies where required. Change your selection using Cookie preferences in the website footer. Data is retained as needed for its purpose and applicable accounting and retention obligations. Providers may process data outside your country, subject to legally required transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
