Refund policy

Updated: 20 October 2026

Withdrawal and refunds

FilesDeep sells digital content. No physical parcel needs to be returned.

Statutory cooling-off period

Consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from concluding a contract for digital content, without giving a reason. A lawful exception can apply if, before delivery, you expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged losing your withdrawal right, and received confirmation. Downloading alone does not automatically waive your statutory rights.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly within the applicable period that you wish to withdraw. Email ogusystems@gmail.com or open Withdraw from purchase / manage order to use the available cancellation or return function on your order. Include your name, order number or product, order date and email address. Giving a reason is optional. You may use this model statement.

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following digital content: [product / order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the amount due within 14 days of your notice using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

File or payment problems

Contact us with your order number about missing downloads, corrupt files, incorrect content or suspected duplicate payments. We investigate and provide the remedy required by law, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Rights concerning faulty digital content are separate from cooling-off rights. Do not pay again while an unclear payment status is being checked.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country.
