These terms apply to purchases of digital products through filesdeep.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Products and orders
Read the product description before purchase for contents, product language, licence terms and technical requirements. Digital covers illustrate the resource; no physical book is included. The order summary shows your items, price, currency and any taxes or charges before payment. There is no subscription unless expressly stated before purchase.
Payment and delivery
Payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout and can vary by country and currency. Through Shopify Payments, iDEAL | Wero is available to customers with a Netherlands address paying in EUR. After confirmed payment, available download links are emailed. See our delivery policy.
Withdrawal and faulty content
Your applicable statutory rights concerning withdrawal and faulty digital content are preserved. Our withdrawal and refund policy explains timing, procedure and a model statement. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights.
Use and intellectual property
The licence stated for the product applies. Without express permission or an applicable licence, do not share, resell, distribute or pass off files as your own. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. Resources are educational; no revenue, profit or business outcome is guaranteed.
