1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from FilesDeep (operated by OGUSOFT LTD, Company No: 16933135, registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on FilesDeep are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased files.

  • Products are for personal use only
  • You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product
  • You may not claim authorship or ownership of our products
  • Commercial use requires explicit written permission from OGUSOFT LTD

Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase. Contact us if your link has expired.

3. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

  • You were charged but did not receive your download link
  • The file you received was corrupted or incorrect
  • A technical error on our end prevented access

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at support@filesdeep.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on FilesDeep — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product files, and design — is the intellectual property of OGUSOFT LTD and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes only.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

FilesDeep products are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from using our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGUSOFT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
